Valumise provides accounting, corporate finance advisory and fundraising support services. Valumise does not provide regulated investment advice, arrange deals in investments, or accept deposits. Where a proposed activity is regulated we work with firms authorised by the relevant regulator. Advice on Spanish tax or law is provided together with Spanish-qualified professionals.
No client relationship
Sending an enquiry or email does not create an engagement. Our services begin only when we have agreed a written engagement letter and completed client due diligence.
Intellectual property
All content and design on this website belongs to Valumise unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use but must not copy or republish them without our written permission.
Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date but do not warrant its completeness. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
